Ghosh also commented on the brigade rally organized by the Left in Kolkata, likening it to a cultural gathering rather than a political movement. “Just as Bengalis come together after Durga Puja, the Left too gathers at the Brigade every year to eat and drink,” he remarked, mocking the rally’s seriousness.
