His homecoming coincides perfectly with the Durga Puja festivities, making it a moment of immense joy for his family and supporters.


Anubrata, accompanied by his daughter Sukanya, landed at Kolkata airport early on Tuesday morning. The pair was greeted with cheers and bouquets, marking a triumphant return to the city. Shortly after their arrival, they set off for Birbhum, where the atmosphere was electric with excitement and celebration.
As their car approached Birbhum, the streets were filled with chants from enthusiastic supporters who showered them with flowers. Anubrata stepped out of the vehicle to an overwhelming show of affection from his followers. Together with Sukanya, he entered their Nichupatti home, where the warm welcome continued.

Facing the media shortly after his arrival, Anubrata expressed heartfelt congratulations for the ongoing Durga Puja celebrations. He took a moment to share his deep admiration for TMC leader Mamata Banerjee, stating, “Mamata Banerjee is coming… I love Mamata Banerjee. The whole of Bengal, the people of the whole country love her.” He added, “My feet are not good. If my body is fine, I will meet Didi,” highlighting his eagerness to reconnect with the party leader.

Anubrata Mondal’s return is not only a personal victory but also a significant moment for his supporters, who have stood by him through the trials of the past years.
