Baby Chakraborty, KalimNews, September 14, 2024, Kolkata: In a shocking incident in Uttar Pradesh’s Ghaziabad, local police arrested a shop owner and his minor son for allegedly selling fruit juice mixed with human urine. Authorities recovered a plastic jar containing urine from the shop during a search, further confirming the allegations.
The investigation began after customers reported feeling suspicious following their visit to the fruit juice stall. One customer, identified as Rai, filed a complaint with the local police, accusing the shop owner of mixing urine with the juice. Upon receiving the complaint, police conducted a search of the establishment, discovering a plastic jar filled with urine.
ACP Ankur Bhaskar confirmed the arrest, stating, “The shop owner, Amir, and his minor son have been taken into custody, and action will be taken according to the law.” During questioning, the owner could not provide a clear explanation for why the urine was stored in the shop.
Further investigations are underway.
